Canadians all across the country have tightened their belts and cut back on spending to make it through this difficult recession. Our elected officials, however, seem to be trying to outdo each other with their abuse of taxpayers' hard-earned dollars.  Citizens are weary of scandals; with almost daily revelations of inexcusable government waste it is easy to become disillusioned. 

When our elected officials claim ineligible expense or falsify their expenses it is theft. They are stealing from Canadian taxpayers and families. The National Citizens Coalition has campaigned against expense account abuse and the abuse of taxpayers' money for years. 

To keep our politicians accountable we launched this website. Here we will report and publish which Canadian politicians oppose transparency. We will feature news stories and current events all across the country.  If you are outraged by the spending habits of our government, help us bring about more transparency.
